All orders are processed in 3–5 business days.
We hand-package every order with care, so please allow this time before your order ships.

We offer simple, predictable shipping:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.99 (orders under $100)

  • Free Shipping: on all orders $100+

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart total.

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from our location in Hebron, KY.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS or the most reliable carrier available for your region.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Wrong Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for lost or returned packages.

If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at evenif.customerservice@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before it goes out.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for:

  • USPS delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damage during transit

If this happens, please contact USPS with your tracking number to open a claim.
We will help however we can, but we cannot replace orders lost by the carrier.
