Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or odors

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help.
Simply email us at evenif.customerservice@gmail.com and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

At this time, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

We sincerely apologize if we made an error. If you received:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at evenif.customerservice@gmail.com and we will take care of it right away.

How to Start a Return

Email us at evenif.customerservice@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for the return

We will respond with instructions and the return address.
