What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer adult unisex sizes Small through Extra Large on all apparel.
How do your shirts and hoodies fit? Are they true to size?
Our apparel features a unisex fit designed for a relaxed, comfortable feel. Because materials and styles can vary slightly, please refer to each product listing for detailed sizing and fabric information before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it.

Do you restock sold-out designs?
Some designs are limited releases and won’t return once they sell out. Others may be restocked depending on demand — the best way to know is by joining our email or text list for updates.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Our processing time is 3–5 business days before shipping. We ship using USPS, and delivery times may vary based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $X per order. No surprises.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped so you can follow it every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at evenif.customerservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll reply with next steps.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover the cost. For exchanges due to sizing or preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes — as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still in stock, we’re happy to exchange it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never see your payment details — all transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s protected checkout system.
Care Instructions
How should I wash and care for my apparel?
For best results, wash your items inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design to preserve the print quality.
